Who is the consultant I’ll meet with each week?
You will actually meet with me, Ian Frameworks. My full-time job is being the VP of Sales and Marketing for a venture-backed, B2B SaaS company. After hours, I am able to consult with a select few clients each month.
What happens on weekly strategy calls?
We use a shared agenda in a Google docs where we can both add weekly agenda topics. Typically, we’ll work through our methodical go-to-market process, but ultimately it’s up to you how you want to spend our time together. If at any point you want to deviate from the process to focus on higher priority topics, we can do that!
We already have a VP of Sales / Marketing, why hire you?
Good question! We typically work directly with the CEO/founder of a company and/or with existing go-to-market leaders to optimize the strategic plan and maximize tactical execution. With our Monthly plan, you can pause or cancel anytime.
What do you mean by strategic deliverables?
Sometimes our clients need help actually creating their strategic plans and processes. We can help you build demand generation plans, sales forecasts, sales compensation plans, and board decks to name a few.
What do you mean by tactical coaching?
We work with your teams to help them drive your strategic plans forward and empower them with the right tactics. This may include guidance on how to have difficult conversations in 1-1s, how to effectively do cold outbound prospecting, or conduct LTV analysis to name a few.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the time invested in each client, there are no refunds for consulting work. With our Monthly plan though, you are only paying month to month and can cancel anytime.
