Here is how to quickly write a sales proposal template:
- Do amazing discovery during introductory calls. I teach my sales team that deals are won or lost during discovery.
- Quantify their pain, so they know how much their current state is costing them.
- Align your solution to achieving their dream outcome. Quantify the future state.
- Make the investment they're making into your solution comparitively small, so that they will achieve massive ROI by agreeing to your proposal.
