I have compiled a list of sales tactics that I reference for my sales team.
This is a continuously growing list. As I discover new tactics, I will update the database for you.
My B2B SaaS sales team is responsible for acquiring new business. These tactics are focused on driving that outcome for us.
There are many more tactics that you could use to upsell and cross sell customers, but these are focused on new business.
New business is the hardest in sales. If you can become effective at acquiring new customers through a combination of sales tactics, growing those customers should be the easier part.

How to use this template
This Google Sheet does not include any high-pressure sales tactics. We have found those do not work in B2B SaaS sales. These sales tactics are oriented around building meaningful relationships with your prospective customers.
I recommend you start on the B2B Buyer Journey Mapping Template. Think about the journey your buyers are on when considering a solution like yours.
Then use the sales tactics database for inspiration to close any gaps in your current buyer journey map.
