How to use this template
When we implemented this battle card template, we saw competitive win rates go from winning 1 out of 7 competitive deals to winning 3 out of 7.
That's a 300% increase. You then multiply that by a 13 person sales team and the resulting revenue is meaningful on a monthly basis.
